Recently, we became aware of fraudulent activity involving individuals misrepresenting themselves as affiliated with Clean Couture. These parties are using a similar company name, our logo, and marketing materials that closely resemble our professionally created content in order to solicit money, services, or so-called “leads” from unsuspecting individuals and businesses.

We take this matter very seriously and want to provide clarity, transparency, and guidance.

Clarifying Who We Are

To avoid any confusion, please note the following:

• Our legal business name is Clean Couture LLC.
• The fraudulent entity appears to be operating under the name “Clean-Couture Cleaning Company LLC”, which is not our company.
• While they may use visuals similar to ours, they are not affiliated with us in any way.

What Clean Couture Does Not Do

We want to be very clear about our practices:

• We do not sell leads.
• We do not buy leads.
• We do not solicit money, services, or partnerships through job posts or forms.

Any forms we use are strictly for:

• internal data organization
• service coordination
• legitimate client communication

They are never used to sell or purchase anything.

Our Employment & Insurance Structure

Clean Couture operates under strict professional and legal standards:

• We employ W-2 employees only.
• All team members are:
  • professionally trained
  • background checked
• We carry full insurance coverage, which limits and governs how we can hire labor.

At this time:

• We are not hiring subcontractors.
• We are not outsourcing work.
• If subcontracting were ever considered, it would involve:
  • formal negotiations
  • proof of insurance
  • written agreements
    None of this is currently in place.

Because of this structure, we do not and cannot sell leads.

Clean Couture operates exclusively in:

• Broward County, Florida

We do not conduct business in other states under this name.

We do maintain relationships with trusted partner companies in other states; however:

• Any referrals are made free of charge
• We never sell client information
• We do not receive referral fees

   • contact information
   • phone numbers and email addresses

The individuals involved in this fraudulent activity appear to be using different contact numbers than ours.

Law enforcement has already been notified, and this matter is currently under investigation.
